I’m kicking back and enjoying the lovely landscaping and fresh ocean breezes… Clients just purchased this beautiful La Jolla townhome last week, and we’re having the inspection today. What a great value – a 3 bedroom 2 bath property with an attached 2 car garage and a large front patio – for only $510k. It feels like a detached home, and has been beautifully remodeled.
